Grammy and Nonna's Services
Here at Grammy and Nonna's we want to earn a return visit from all of our customers. We have put together some services and some programs that we hope will keep everyone coming back time and time again.
1. FREE gift wrapping or bagging. We will do a gift or two free of charge in our paper and ribbon made from recycled paper and even add a free topper to one of the gifts (if age appropriate). If you want more done there will be a service charge. We have used the same type of paper since we opened and people recognize where the gift comes from.
2. Gift certificates are still made of paper at Grammy and Nonna's. You can get them for any amount over five dollars and they are good indefinitely.
3. Birthday boxes. Instead of an online registry for birthdays we offer Birthday Boxes. About two weeks out from a childs birthday bring them in to pick out what they would like for their birthday and we will set it aside with their name and date of birthday on the box. Then you can tell people that they can shop at our store and ask for the box, pick out a toy and we will wrap it up. This makes it soooo easy and the birthday child gets exactly what they want for their birthday.
4. REWARDS PROGRAM. We offer a rewards program for shoppers. It is very easy and pretty darn painless. All you have to do is let us put your name in our data base and make sure we ask for your name every time you purchase something (so you get credit for the sale) and when you reach 100.00 dollars in sales we will give you 10.00 dollars off your next purchase of 20.00 dollars or more. THAT'S IT!!!! We don't ask for any other information.
5.Learning Layaway. We offer a layaway program just for the kids. This is so they can put something on a "hold" while they pay it off over time. We feel it is important for the children to learn how to purchase something on their own and learn that it isn't all about instant gratification.
6. Return Policy. Again, we like to keep it simple...in store credit only.
So, there you have it. We want to keep you coming back once you have come in for the first time. We are grandmas and we want you all to feel at ease in our store, just like a visit to grandmas.
